Self Catering Accommodation

Rainbow Lodge caters for long and short term backpacker and student accommodation in commune-style houses with self catering kitchens and laundries. Excellent self catering accommodation in Observatory, Cape Town. We have 114 beds.

Your hosts, Willie and Riana Crause, offer traditional South African hospitality. For your convenience we have a wi-fi hot spot for wireless INTERNET access.

From mid January to the end of November we offer backpacker and student Self Catering Accommodation.

We specialise in cheap Cape Town Holiday Self Catering Accommodation from December to mid January and during the June/July school holidays.

We are conveniently situated just off the Main Road near bus, taxi and train stations and freeway access. The airport is only ten minutes away.

There is a R100 key deposit. Rent is payable monthly in advance into our bank account. It is important to insert your name and surname as a reference. Water and electricity is included in the rent.

You will be required to complete an application form and we need a copy of your ID book or passport.
